Ken Yao

Ken Yao, CPA, has a solid background in financial analysis and credit research with a focus on fixed income. Currently serving as a Credit Analyst at Reorg since January 2022, Ken specializes in Asia high-yield, distressed, and special situations. Prior experience includes working as a Financial Data Analyst at Moody's Investors Service from September 2020 to January 2022 within the Corporate Finance Group, and as an Associate at PwC from September 2018 to August 2020, where responsibilities included audit and debt restructuring advisory. Ken holds a degree from The University of Hong Kong, attended from 2013 to 2018, and completed high school at Queen's College from 2007 to 2013.
