Yehuda Borenstein

Yehuda Borenstein has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Yehuda is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of ClimateCrop Ltd., where they focus on utilizing technology to increase plant yields by 20% without additional resource usage. Yehuda is also the Co-founder and Chairman of RepAir Carbon Capture, a company that captures CO2 from the air using an electrochemical device. Yehuda is the Co-founder and Chairman of Carbonade as well, where they work on converting captured CO2 into valuable products using electrochemistry. Yehuda is a Co-founder of REEMAG LLC, a company focused on an undisclosed venture. Yehuda is also a Co-founder of NitroFix, a company that produces green ammonia using electrochemistry to support the energy transition to net zero.

Prior to these ventures, Yehuda served as the Chief Executive Officer of PO-CELLTECH, a joint venture between Elbit Systems Ltd. and Plastic Omnium, focusing on fuel cells and supercapacitors. Yehuda was also the Energy Business Unit Manager at Elbit Systems Ltd. and the Chief Executive Officer of AlphaMirror, a joint venture between Elbit Systems and Alphamicron. In addition, Yehuda held various roles at Elbit Systems Ltd., including Business Unit Manager for commercializing military technologies to the automotive market and Head of the hardware development team for avionic computers. Yehuda began their career as a System Engineer in a hardware development team.
