Sebastiraj Arulanandu is an experienced software development lead currently at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020. Prior to this role, Sebastiraj served as Director and Global Head for BPM pre-sales at Virtusa from January 2016 to September 2020, overseeing BPM-Pega presales and consulting, along with customer engagements and solution demonstrations. Sebastiraj's career spans several prominent organizations, including Lloyds TSB as a Senior Architect, MasterCard as a BPM Architect/Program Manager, and Level 3 Communications as a BPM Architect, predominantly during tenure with Wipro Technologies.
