Natalie Maier (Kolb) has a diverse work experience in various industries. Natalie most recently served as the Co-Founder & COO of RepairFix, a tech start-up in the new mobility sector. In this role, they were responsible for developing the B2B SaaS platform "motum", which connects car owners and drivers with automotive aftersales providers. Prior to this, Natalie worked as a Project Manager at etventure, where they managed projects from May 2018 to December 2019 and served as a Junior Project Manager from April 2017 to April 2018. Natalie also gained experience as a Research Assistant at Zeppelin University, conducting research on the effect of the reputation of Private Equity firms on the performance of their portfolio firms. Additionally, Natalie has held positions in sales, marketing, business development, category management, and financial journalism at companies such as Afinitica, Beiersdorf Southern Europe, FINANCE Magazin, Cubitt Consulting, and Charles Barker Corporate Communications gmbH.

Natalie Maier (Kolb) pursued their education in a sequential manner. Natalie first attended Frankfurt International School from 2006 to 2010, where they completed a Bilingual International Baccalaureate. Later, from 2011 to 2015, they enrolled in Zeppelin University, Friedrichshafen, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Corporate Management & Economics. In 2013 and 2014, they furthered their studies at Universitat Abat Oliba CEU, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management. Finally, from 2015 to 2016, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management, Information Systems, and Digital Innovation.
