Deepa Parthasarathy

Deepa Parthasarathy has a diverse work experience in the field of biomarker operations and research. Deepa is currently working as the Head of Biomarker Operations at Repare Therapeutics, where they have been since June 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Associate Director, Biomarker Operations at the same company starting from October 2021. Before joining Repare Therapeutics, Deepa worked at UNITY Biotechnology as a Senior Manager, Biomarker Operations from July 2019 to October 2021. Deepa also gained experience as a Senior Biomarker Operations Associate at BeiGene from June 2018 to July 2019. Deepa has had significant roles in translational science and clinical biomarker research, working at Acerta Pharma B.V. (a member of the AstraZeneca Group) as a Clinical Biosample Operations Specialist from June 2016 to May 2018, and at Celgene as a Translational Development/Clinical Biomarker (oncology) Research Development Specialist from September 2015 to June 2016. Before this, Deepa worked as an Oncology Clinical Research Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente from November 2012 to September 2015, and as a Research Assistant-Epidemiology and Research Associate-CVS and Oncology at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) from August 2011 to May 2012.

Deepa Parthasarathy completed their Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree in Dentistry from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. Later, they pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree specializing in Epidemiology and Biostatistics at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston) from 2010 to 2012.
