Lindsay Flood has a diverse work experience, starting as a Student Marketing Editor and Student Editor at The Conference on World Affairs from 2008 to 2011. Lindsay then worked as an Operations Specialist II at Brown Brothers Harriman from 2011 to 2012, where they processed trade confirmation tickets and trained new employees. Lindsay then joined John Kingston for Senate in 2017 as an Operations Director, managing budget, staff, and logistics for the senatorial campaign. From 2012 to 2019, they worked at Sword & Spoon Group, initially as a Project Manager overseeing various properties and later as the Director of Operations, responsible for managing multiple organizations and budgets. Currently, Lindsay is the Associate Director of Executive Operations at Repare Therapeutics, starting in 2019.
Lindsay Flood attended the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & International Business, with a focus on Arabic. In 2010, they participated in a Study Abroad program at The American University in Cairo, furthering their studies in Arabic and Business for a short period of time.
