Donnalyn Downs, CEDS, has a diverse background with experience in various roles within the legal and e-discovery fields. Donnalyn currently serves as an Associate Project Manager at Repario since March 2023. Prior to this, Donnalyn held the same position at TERIS starting in April 2021. Donnalyn also worked as an E-Discovery Analyst at Fried Frank from November 2020 to April 2021. Earlier in their career, Donnalyn worked as a Legal Technology Data Specialist at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from October 2016 to December 2019. Donnalyn also served as an E-Discovery Specialist at EDiscovery IQ from November 2015 to October 2016. Before that, Donnalyn worked as a Litigation Support Specialist at Nexsen Pruet, LLC from September 2014 to November 2015 and as an E-Discovery Specialist at Duke Energy Corporation from December 2012 to August 2014.

Donnalyn Downs, CEDS, obtained a Paralegal Certification from the University of South Carolina in 2011, specializing in Legal Assistant/Paralegal studies.

In addition to their degree, Donnalyn has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Donnalyn earned a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) certification from the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) in January 2016.

Donnalyn also holds additional certifications in the field of eDiscovery and digital forensics. Donnalyn earned a Reveal AI Certification from Reveal-Brainspace in November 2021, as well as a Reveal Review Certification from the same institution. Donnalyn further obtained a Cellebrite Mobile Device Fundamentals certification from Cellebrite in November 2022.

Furthermore, Donnalyn has completed relevant training in eDiscovery software. Donnalyn completed the LAW PreDiscovery EDA - Early Data Assessment training and the LAW PreDiscovery EDD - Electronic Discovery training, both offered by LexisNexis.
