Sarah Wilde

Sarah Wilde has had a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Sarah most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Repario, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at UnitedLex Corporation, where they held various roles. Sarah was the Vice President of Global Human Resources until 2023, and before that, they were the Director of HR-AMS and Director of Talent Acquisition for USA and Europe. Sarah played a key role in overseeing the expansion of the company in Europe and managing multiple TUPE/ARD transitions. Sarah also served as the Managing Director of UnitedLex Professional Services, where they were responsible for the temporary project staffing division and implemented an ATS system. Before joining UnitedLex, Sarah worked as a Director at The Cowen Group and in Admissions at Brooklyn Law School. Overall, they have demonstrated a strong track record in human resources and has experience in managing teams, overseeing expansion, and implementing systems.

Sarah Wilde attended Union College and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Political Science and History.
