TJ Collins has a diverse work experience in the legal and eDiscovery industry. TJ began their career in 1997 as the VP of Operations at Xact Data Discovery, where they were responsible for the operations and profitability of multiple offices. TJ played a key role in transforming the company by introducing new departments and improving profitability.
In 2004, Collins founded Lexsum, Inc., where they served as the Founder and President until 2009. TJ then joined Iris Data Services as COO, overseeing eDiscovery production, client services, and managed services teams across various locations. During their time at Iris, Collins played a vital role in expanding the company's presence in India and Poland.
Collins continued their career at Epiq Systems, where they served as the VP of Iris Operations, Client Services, and Managed Services. After Epiq acquired Iris, Collins continued their leadership role within the organization.
In 2016, Collins joined Conduent as the VP of Global Client Services for Conduent Legal. TJ was responsible for managing client services for Conduent Legal (formerly Xerox Litigation Services).

From 2017 to 2021, Collins founded Global Workflow Solutions, a company that offered managed staffing services to the legal industry. TJ successfully placed qualified staff members in India, reducing costs for clients.

Most recently, Collins joined Repario in 2022 as the President and COO. TJ Collins attended White Station High School from 1983 to 1987. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in EMS at The University of Memphis from 1987 to 1992.
