Carrie Barker is an experienced Agile Coach and Senior Agile Project Manager at REPAY, specializing in balancing Agile methodologies to enhance team productivity and value delivery. Previously, Carrie served as Program Director and Agile Coach at Focal Point Solutions LLC, focusing on project portfolio management and implementing Agile frameworks. With a significant background at TruTrak Flight Systems, Inc. as VP, COO, and Co-Owner, Carrie managed financial, operational, and M&A efforts, supporting the company's sale to Honeywell. An earlier tenure at Tyson Foods as Program Lead involved guiding project methodologies and project managers during an Agile transformation. Carrie's career also includes roles at Walmart Technology, where effective system needs analysis and project leadership were demonstrated.
