Sean Spradling

Sean Spradling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and strategic consulting. Currently serving as VP of Product Management for Business Payments at REPAY since March 2025, Sean also holds a principal position at SVD Consulting, providing strategic product management guidance to SaaS companies. Previously, Sean was a Senior Market Analyst for The Futurum Group, where analysis of communications platforms and market opportunities was conducted. At PGi, Sean progressed through several roles, culminating as Chief Product Officer, where significant revenue generation and cost reduction were achieved. Earlier career contributions were made as a Senior Business Consultant at Corvent LLC, managing high-level engagements with major corporations and government entities. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Colorado Boulder.
