Victoria Kashouty

Victoria Kashouty is the Human Resources Manager at Repeat Consultants. Victoria has previous experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at JBG SMITH and as an intern at Textron Specialized Vehicles. Victoria has a passion for helping others and enjoys being a resource for employees. Victoria is dedicated to their work and takes pride in their ability to help others in the workplace.

Victoria Kashouty has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management & Marketing from the University of South Carolina-Columbia. Victoria also has a Global Marketing Strategy certification from CIS Study Abroad- Barcelona, Spain.

Victoria Kashouty reports to Ari Karadaghi, Managing Partner. They work with Chuck Norris - Director of Construction Services, Rodney Wright - Director of Sales & Business Development, and Beau Buchheit - Director of Operational Finance.
