Rafal Gusciora

Rafal Gusciora has a strong background in software engineering and management roles. Rafal is currently working as the Director of Data & Integrations at RepeatMD since November 2022.

Prior to this, Rafal worked at JOOR, where they held the positions of Director of Engineering Operations from June 2019 to November 2022, and Engineering Operations Manager from August 2018 to June 2019.

Before JOOR, Rafal worked at Pitney Bowes as the Solutions Engineering Manager for Professional Services from September 2016 to August 2018. Rafal also served as the Team Lead for Solutions Engineering at Borderfree from February 2015 to September 2016.

Rafal's previous experience includes working as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Borderfree from March 2014 to February 2015, and as a Technical Analyst from May 2012 to March 2014.

Rafal began their career at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney as a Consulting Java Developer from April 2010 to May 2012. Prior to that, Rafal worked at Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Senior System Engineer from August 2008 to May 2012.

Rafal also gained experience as a Consulting Software Engineer at Wal-Mart from November 2008 to January 2010, and completed internships at both GE Energy in 2007 and 2006.

Rafal Gusciora attended Syracuse University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering. In addition, they studied at City, University of London from 2006 to 2007 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Engineering. Furthermore, Rafal Gusciora obtained the "Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer" certification from Oracle in March 2012.
