Jiji Sebastian

Jiji Sebastian has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Jiji started their career in 1993 as a CADD Instructor & Auto Lisp Programmer at USA Memory Systems, where they performed tasks such as preparing CAD drawings, developing course curriculum for AutoCAD, and conducting training sessions. From 1996 to 1997, Jiji worked as a CADD Engineer at Hycount Group of Industries.

In 1997, they joined Logic Software Solutions as a System Analyst, where they were responsible for system analysis, design, testing, and implementation of projects. Jiji also organized and conducted training programs for staff and provided technical leadership and coordination.

In 1999, Jiji became a Project Leader at Taurus Techno - Solutions (PVT) Limited. In this role, they constituted and managed a team, led and mentored 10 personnel, and oversaw the appointment and management of freelancers.

From 2002 to 2009, Jiji worked at GAPCorp FNI Dubai in various roles. As a Business System Analyst, they analyzed business processes, elicited and documented business requirements, and explained complex business operations to software developers. As an Analyst Programmer, they were involved in system analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, training, and support activities.

In 2011, Jiji joined HealthSprint Network Pvt Ltd as a Project Lead, where they conducted project discussions, clarified client requirements, and collaborated with stakeholders to define project objectives.

In 2012, Jiji worked as a Programmer Analyst for a software contracting company, before joining KUBRA in 2013 as a Senior Programmer Analyst.

Throughout their career, Jiji has demonstrated expertise in project management, business analysis, solution design, system analysis, software development, and team leadership.

Jiji Sebastian obtained an MBA degree in Marketing from Symbiosis University, Pune, from the year 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Advanced UNIX & C from Loyola Institute of Business Administration in 1993. In the same year, they also earned a Diploma in Computer Applications from the same institute. Additionally, Jiji received a Diploma in AutoCAD from USA Memory Systems, though the start year is not provided.
