Katie Hartman

Katie Hartman serves as Vice President of Defense at REPKON USA, a position held since April 2024, focusing on leading the defense segment. Prior to this role, Katie was Vice President of Supply Chain Management at L3Harris Technologies from January 2022 to April 2024, overseeing a supply chain organization with an annual budget of $3 billion and managing 600 professionals across various supply chain functions. Katie's extensive experience in supply chain management includes several leadership roles at General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems, and earlier positions at Raytheon and General Dynamics OTS. Katie began a career in finance as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley before transitioning into supply chain management. Academia includes an MBA from Florida State University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology from the same institution, along with additional training from Wharton Executive Education.
