Zachary Higginbotham

Zachary Higginbotham, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Operations at REPKON USA, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Zachary was Plant General Manager at American Ordnance LLC from September 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing operations for military ammunition. Zachary's experience also includes positions at BAE Systems, where roles ranged from Deputy Director of Manufacturing Operations to Manufacturing Plant Manager, and at ATK, where Zachary held multiple roles including Program Manager and Continuous Improvement Engineer. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Radford University.
