Ilaria Pavan

Ilaria Pavan has extensive experience in retail and visual merchandising, currently serving as a Sale Assistant at REPLAY since January 2010. In this role, Ilaria manages store visual displays, organizes work schedules, handles cash operations, and prepares necessary reporting to evaluate commercial performance while implementing company strategies to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals. Ilaria previously held the position of Store Manager at Puma and has worked as a Sales Assistant at Solaris and Codess Cultura, the latter involving responsibilities in the press office during the Venice Film Festival. Ilaria holds a degree in Social Sciences and Social Services from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, completing studies in 2013.
