Kalen Pino has a diverse work experience in sales coaching and leadership roles. Kalen is currently working as the Head of Sales Intelligence at Replayz, where they started in January 2023. Before that, they worked as a Sales Coach at Replayz from March 2021 to January 2023. Prior to their position at Replayz, Kalen held the role of Sales Coach and Growth Leader at Avalanche Sales Coaching starting in March 2021. Kalen is also a Member of RevGenius, a community they joined in December 2021. Kalen has experience in the fitness industry as well, having worked at Virtuagym for several years. Prior to that, they worked in business development and marketing at Goshi, a mobile marketplace, from June 2011 to August 2011. Kalen's earliest work experience was as an Options and Futures Junior Broker at Cytrade Financial from August 2010 to February 2011.

From 2009 to 2012, Kalen Pino attended DePaul University where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Entrepreneurship.
