Caroline Ahern

Caroline Ahern has extensive experience in the field of customer service and finance. Caroline began their career in 2009 as a Marketing Intern at Sporting Kansas City, where they worked on Corporate Sponsorship accounts and organized game day material, communications, and set up. Caroline then moved on to Challenger Sports, where they served as a Finance Assistant and completed account reconciliations for the thousands of camps run by Challenger Sports, handled and organized British Soccer Camp finances, and arranged corporate sponsorships and account relationships for tournaments and camps. In 2010, they joined Cerner Corporation as a Senior Analyst, where they were responsible for the implementation of Healthe solutions and served as the primary contact for clients' solution troubleshooting and consultation. Caroline then progressed to an Engagement Leader, where they balanced and aligned Patient Portal implementation project plans and goals with the clients' wants and needs, including assisting the clients in meeting Meaningful Use criteria and marketing the portal to their community. Finally, in 2019, they were appointed as Vice President, Customer at Replica.

Caroline Ahern attended Missouri State University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a degree in Business with a focus in Marketing. In 2010, they attended John Cabot University for a semester of study abroad, also in the field of Business and Marketing. Caroline also attended Saint Louis University from 2005 to 2006, though they did not earn a degree.
