Charlie Bailey has worked in a variety of roles related to customer support, transportation planning, and community engagement. In 2021, they began their current role as a Customer Solutions Architect at REPLICA. From 2016-2021, they worked at Remix, first as a Senior Customer Success Manager, then as a Customer Success Manager, a Data Operations Manager, and a Transportation Planner. From 2015-2016, they were a Customer Happiness Manager at Getaround. In 2013, they worked at Curb (App) as a Product Analyst and Support Crew Member. That same year, they also worked as an Assistant at Randall + West. In 2012, they were a Team Member at DesignConnect Cornell and a Community Planning Intern at Prince George's County Planning Department. Finally, in 2011, they were a Planning Intern at Montgomery County Planning Department and a Tutor at Knight Institute Writing Walk-in Service at Cornell University.
Charlie Bailey attended Cornell University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a B.S. in Urban and Regional Studies with a focus on City and Regional Planning. Charlie is currently enrolled at the University of Washington.
