Jarrett Cato has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Jarrett is currently working as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Replicant, where they focus on transforming customer service through human-to-machine conversations using voice AI technology. Previously, they worked at Bizzabo as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager, where they played a crucial role in empowering marketers to manage and maximize their professional events. Prior to that, Jarrett held the position of Senior Global Account Director at Elateral, where they advised enterprise-level companies on web-based platforms to increase ROI and production speed of digital and print marketing content. Jarrett also served as a Music Supervisor and Co-Founder at DJMLC, overseeing music licensing and contracts for creative media and marketing projects. Additionally, Jarrett worked at Pica9, Inc. as a Senior Account/Customer Success Manager, leading the development and design of Marriott International's digital asset management application. Jarrett also has experience at Ology Media Inc. as a Product Owner and Senior Director of Marketing, and at The Tap Music LLC as a Music Supervisor and Vice President of Programming/Artist Relations. Furthermore, Jarrett worked as a Freelance Editor at About.com and as a Project Coordinator for Multicultural Marketing and Consulting at TransPerfect Translations. Jarrett Cato's education history begins in 2003 when they enrolled at Dartmouth College. Jarrett pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Asian and Middle Eastern Studies and completed their studies in 2007. In 2005, Jarrett participated in a Foreign Study Program at Beijing Normal University, focusing on Chinese Language and Culture.

More recently, in 2020, Jarrett attended the School of Motion, where they gained expertise in After Effects, specifically in video animation. Jarrett obtained a certification called "After Effects Kickstart" from the School of Motion in August 2020.
