Xenia Armino has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Trainee Internal Communication and Human Resources at Solloa, Tello de Meneses in Mexico, where they assisted with HR tasks and provided advice on internal communication. In 2014, they joined Marginal do Mondego as a Communications Manager, playing a key role in the professionalization and internationalization process and setting up the new department of Customer Care. In 2015, they became the Co-Founder of Mondego AB, where they led the expansion project in Sweden and improved customer experience through the development of a Customer Service Department.
In 2016, Xenia joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Partner Business Manager in the Netherlands, building and maintaining relationships with partners and developing their potential through training and guidance. Later in 2016, they joined Autodesk as an Inside Partner Manager Iberia, Gold Partners, where they acted as a trusted advisor for Gold Partners in Spain and Portugal across multiple industries. In 2018, they were promoted to Partner Manager Italy & Iberia, Platinum & Gold Partners, where they continued to develop effective business plans and ensure partner alignment with Autodesk strategies.
In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Senior Customer Success Manager EMEA for Autodesk, working with enterprise accounts in the Engineering & Construction and Manufacturing space. Xenia helped these companies define strategic roadmaps, maximize their return on investment in solutions, and accelerate adoption across the enterprise.
Xenia's most recent work experience is at Mural, where they currently serve as a Senior Customer Success Manager, helping enterprise customers enhance collaboration and unlock their potential through collaborative intelligence solutions.
Xenia Armino's education history begins in 2002 when they attended Trevianum, a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program, until 2008. Following this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Communication and Spanish from Radboud University, graduating in 2011. In the same year, Xenia pursued further studies at Utrecht University, acquiring a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Intercultural Communication, with a specialization in Spanish, which they completed in 2013.
In 2011, Xenia also pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Universidad Catolica Silva Henriquez in Chile. Additionally, in 2012, they briefly attended Universidade Aberta, where they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in European Master of Intercultural Communication.
Xenia's educational qualifications demonstrate a strong focus on communication, intercultural studies, and language proficiency. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the LUMA Institute Certified Facilitator certification from LUMA Institute in November 2018 and became a LUMA Institute Certified Instructor in March 2021.
