Jacqueline Posy has worked in the field of science for over a decade. Jacqueline began their career in 2008 as a Research Associate at NYU Langone Health. In 2011, they moved to SeaWorld as a Medical Technologist. In 2019, they were promoted to Senior Associate Scientist at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. In 2021, they moved to Pfizer as a Scientist and is currently employed as a Scientist at Replicate Bioscience, Inc. since 2022.
Jacqueline Posy earned their Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Montclair State University in 2006 and a Master's degree in Molecular Biology from the same university in 2008.

Replicate Bioscience is applying advanced srRNA technology towards solving a life-threatening problem—drug resistance in cancers—using their proprietary synthetic immune lethality approach. They are also developing srRNA injections for sustained therapeutic protein expression, to treat inflammatory disorders and other conditions.
