Gustav Silfversparre

Gustav Silfversparre has a diverse work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Gustav started their career as a Sr Fermentation Scientist at BioGaia Fermentation AB in 1996. Later, they worked at Novozymes as the Head of Development at Novozymes Biopharma Sweden AB. In 2008, they became the Head of Biopharma Coordination at Novozymes Biopharma, where they were responsible for project management and coordination. Gustav then moved on to Novozymes Biopharma Sweden AB as an Operations Director, where they focused on operational organization and management. Silfversparre also worked at Repligen Sweden AB as the Vice President of Operations, overseeing global delivery and production planning for affinity products and growth factors. Gustav has extensive experience in quality, manufacturing, and production support activities.

Gustav Silfversparre's education history includes a Technical college degree in Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology from Erik Dahlbergs gymnasiet, Jönköping, Sweden, from 1986 to 1990. Gustav then earned a degree in Officer, specialized in protection against ABC warfare from Totalförsvarets Skyddsskola I1, Kungsängen, Stockholm, from 1990 to 1991. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, from 1991 to 1995. Lastly, they obtained a Tech. Lic. in Biotechnology from Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan (Royal Institute of Technology), from 1996 to 2002.
