Norman Korn

Norman Korn is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager for Mechanical Design at Repligen Corporation since October 2022, where oversight of a team of mechanical engineers is a key responsibility, particularly in developing specialized equipment for the pharmaceutical sector. Prior to this role, Norman held the position of Head of Engineering at ARTeSYN Biosolutions from August 2018 to October 2022, and also functioned as a Product Design Engineer focused on R&D and bioprocessing system control panel design during the same period. Earlier experience includes working as a Product Designer at Trafotek, focusing on transformer design and production support, as well as power supply repair and testing at Teleplan International. Norman holds both a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electric Drives and Power Electronics from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, obtained between 2008 and 2014.
