Alfredo Fagalde

Alfredo Fagalde has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Alfredo is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of REPLY LATAM, a position they have held since May 2018. Alfredo is also a Partner at Chat-Tonic, a role they started in 2018.

Prior to their current roles, Alfredo worked at Mercadolibre.com from 2015 to 2018. During their time there, they held the positions of Cross Border Trade Key Account Manager from August 2016 to July 2018, and CX Supervisor from March 2015 to August 2016.

Before joining Mercadolibre.com, Alfredo worked at The Marketing Store from 2011 to 2015. Alfredo started as an Operations Analyst and was later promoted to Operations Supervisor and then to Senior Account Manager. In their role as Senior Account Manager, they were responsible for implementing and managing projects for key clients such as McDonald's, Shell, and Kraft.

Alfredo also has experience working at Tenaris as a Marketing Engineer from 2010 to 2011, and at Telecom Argentina as an Ingeniero/Ejecutivo de cuenta in 2008. Alfredo began their career in 2004 as a Customer Service Representative for Dell Computers at Teleperformance.

With their experience in leadership, project management, and customer service, Alfredo brings a well-rounded skill set to any organization they work with.

Alfredo Fagalde obtained their Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires, from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, in 2009, they studied Industrial Engineering at Politecnico di Milano for a year. Prior to their university studies, they completed their primary and secondary education at Colegio Champagnat from 1991 to 2002, where they earned a Bachiller en Ciencias Economicas in Estudios Primarios y Secundarios.
