Gianluca Accinelli

Gianluca Accinelli's work experience begins with their current role as the LatAm Lead | Business Developer at REPLY LATAM, where they lead Reply food operations in multiple countries. Prior to this, they worked as a Key Account Manager at Rappi, where they analyzed business data and developed commercial proposals. Gianluca also served as a Marketing Account Executive at Rappi before transitioning into their role as a Key Account Manager. Before Rappi, Gianluca worked as a Business Development Specialist at Cromy.io, where they ensured the achievement of objectives and fostered an agile culture within the startup. Prior to that, they were a Regional Key Account Manager at Bigbox, responsible for the Sports and Adventure area. Gianluca's earlier experience includes working as an Account Executive at The Flash Company, where they focused on storytelling and process improvement. Gianluca began their career as an HR Analyst at Epse Construcciones & Estudio PEa, where they managed employee benefits programs and served as a liaison between the company and clients.

Gianluca Accinelli obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration from Universidad del Salvador between 2014 and 2017. In 2018, they completed an advanced Microsoft Excel course at IAC Instituto Argentino de Computación. From 2009 to 2013, Gianluca attended Colegio Cardenal Copello, where they graduated with a high school diploma in the field of study of Bachiller. Currently, they are pursuing a Scrum Master certification in Business Studies at coaches ágiles® from 2022 to 2023.
