Jen Rieck is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in franchise development and ownership. Currently serving as Vice President of Franchise Development at REP'M Group since March 2021, Jen leads national franchise expansion for multiple brands, including Pause Studios and HealthSource Chiropractic. In addition, Jen is a Multi-Unit Franchise Owner at Ellie Mental Health. Previous roles include Director of Franchise Development at Self Esteem Brands, LLC, and Vice President of Franchise Development at Suite Management Franchising, where Jen oversaw the growth of MY SALON Suite and Salon Plaza. Jen's early career included military service as a Logistics Specialist in the US Navy, as well as various recruiting and management positions across different industries. Jen holds a degree from the University of Northern Colorado.
