André Marsiglia is a professional with extensive experience in legal consulting, education, and ethical advocacy. Currently serving as a Conselheiro julgador no Conselho de Ética do CONAR since May 2021, André is also the founder of Instituto L + speech and press, which promotes freedom of expression, and a researcher at Instituto EthikAI, focusing on ethical applications of artificial intelligence. As a professor at ESAOABSP, André contributes to legal education while holding the position of CEO at Lourival J. Santos Advogados since March 2008. Additionally, involvement with various commissions relating to media rights and entertainment is evident through roles at Instituto dos Advogados de São Paulo and OAB SP. Legal consulting services are provided to Reporters Without Borders and ANER since 2021 and 2004, respectively. André’s academic credentials include a Master's degree in Philosophy of Law and various postgraduate qualifications from institutions such as Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
