Conrado Ferreira dos Santos serves as the Director of Movement-Building Programs at re:power since January 2021 and has been a Trainer & Coach at Leading Change Network since January 2012. Previously, Conrado was the Lead Trainer at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative from September 2018 to January 2021 and the Executive Director of the Student Immigrant Movement from January 2016 to January 2018, where responsibilities included leadership, program, organizational, and curriculum development. Conrado also worked as a Paralegal at Immigration Advocates from January 2015 to January 2016, assisting with briefs, client interviews, and case file management. Educationally, Conrado attended UMass Boston from 2009 to 2011, focusing on Philosophy without completing a degree.
