Gail Thakarar

Gail Thakarar serves as the Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President at VNS Health, leading the HR team for one of the largest nonprofit home- and community-based health care organizations in the nation. With extensive experience in human capital consulting, Gail is also a Board Member at Reppify LLC and a Senior Consultant at Sophia Network, where expertise in organizational change and transformation is utilized. Previous leadership roles include Founder and Managing Director of GRT International, Chief People Officer at Iovino Enterprises, Global Chief People Officer at Energy Focus Inc., Chief Human Resources Officer at AMC Health and IntegraMed, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Talent Management at ProCure Treatment Centers. Gail holds an MBA in Human Resources from Wharton Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
