Karoly Guba

Karoly Guba is the Head of Engineering, responsible for RepRisk’s global IT and developer teams. He joined the company in 2015 as a Senior Software Developer and worked on numerous programming projects until becoming the Team Lead in 2017, and subsequently the Technology Manager in 2018. He was promoted to Head of Engineering in 2021.

Karoly has 20+ years of experience in IT and software development as well as in people management. Prior to RepRisk, Karoly was department lead for General Administration and Technical Services and held various technical positions within IT during his 14-year tenure at the Municipality of Coka, in Serbia.

Karoly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from John von Neumann University, in Kecskemet, Hungary, and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Novi Sad, in Zrenjanin, Serbia.
