Aileen Arellano is a dedicated organizer specializing in reproductive rights and political activism. Currently serving as a Southern California Organizer for Reproductive Freedom for All since March 2023, Aileen combines grassroots organizing experience with a strong commitment to social and reproductive justice. Previously, Aileen held positions such as the Deputy Organizing Director and Field Organizer for Katie Porter for Congress, and Field Organizer for Harley Rouda for Congress. Aileen's early career includes roles as a District Office Intern for Assemblymember Monique Limón and as a Legislative Assistant at the University of California Student Association. Aileen's educational background includes a degree in Political Science with a focus on American Government and Politics from UC Santa Barbara, earned between 2016 and 2020. In August 2023, Aileen began a fellowship with the Women's Foundation California as part of the Solís Policy Institute's Reproductive Rights, Health, & Justice Cohort, continuing the commitment to advocacy and policy change.
