Emily Steinert McDowell

Emily Steinert McDowell is a Counsel and Senior Policy Manager of Courts and Democracy at Reproductive Freedom for All. Previously, Emily worked as a Policy Consultant at the United Nations Population Fund and a Policy and Advocacy Associate at Unchained At Last. Emily also has experience as a Dorot Fellow at Alliance for Justice, a Research Assistant at DePaul University College of Law, a Legal Intern at the United Nations International Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, and in various other roles focusing on immigration law, human rights, and policy analysis. Emily holds a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law.
