Óscar Sánchez

Óscar Sánchez currently serves as the Head of Platform Operations at RepScan, a position held since April 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Platform Content Protection Specialist at TheSoul Publishing, where effective technical solutions for content protection were developed. At Red Points, significant achievements as Anti-piracy team lead included improving automation in infringement monitoring and establishing a comprehensive database of piracy domains. Óscar also served as Technical Lead of Enforcement in Rogue Websites, creating protocols for investigating fraudulent websites. Earlier roles include a trainee criminologist at the Institut de Seguretat Pública de Catalunya and a Security Coordinator at NOGILAND. Óscar holds a degree in Criminology from Universitat de Barcelona and an Integral Prevention and Security Degree from the Escola de Prevenció i Seguretat Integral. Additionally, Óscar completed the CopyrightX program at HarvardX.
