Brando Ventura

Brando Ventura has over a decade of experience in the oil refining industry, primarily with Repsol at Refinería La Pampilla since June 2011. Current role as Refinery Shift Manager includes responsibilities for operation, management, control, and safety of refinery units such as storage tanks, distillation, catalytic cracking, and hydro-treatment processes. Previous positions include leadership roles overseeing conversion, energy, and dispatch operations, as well as project engineering for significant refinery expansion and sulfur production initiatives. Brando holds an MBA from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a degree in Chemical Engineering from National University of Engineering. Prior experience includes a sales assistant role at Pinturas GoldFish - División JOTUN.
