Manuel Segura Pérez

Manuel Segura Pérez is a seasoned professional in project management and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Projects and Construction at Repsol since December 2018, where responsibility involves overseeing the Projects and Construction management team within the Engineering Directorate. Prior to this role, Manuel held various positions at Repsol from 1996 to 2017, including the Kurdistan Development Project Manager, coordinating an integrated team for field development plans, and managing several projects across regions such as EMEA and East Asia. Additionally, early career experience includes roles as a Junior Consultant for NORSISTEMAS and a Project Engineer for IDOM INTERNACIONAL. Manuel holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Chemistry from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and has completed a Senior Management Program at IE Business School.
