Msc Patrick Onyango Mangen

Patrick Onyango Mangen, Msc has extensive experience in the social development sector, particularly in designing and implementing projects targeting children, women, and communities in challenging contexts. Patrick Onyango has held senior management positions for over 12 years, focusing on growth strategy, networking, resource mobilization, and effective NGO management. As Country Director and Head of Finance and Administration at TPO Uganda, they played a pivotal role in propelling the organization into an influential actor in areas such as child protection, mental health and psychosocial support, care for orphans and vulnerable children (OVC), livelihoods and food security, and disaster risk reduction. Patrick Onyango currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of REPSSI.

Patrick Onyango Mangen, MSc, attended the University of Bristol from 2004 to 2005, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Development. Subsequently, in 2007 to 2008, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation Methods at Stellenbosch University. Furthermore, in 2011 to 2012, they enrolled at Oxford Brookes University and obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Humanitarian Action and Conflict.
