Andrew Durcan

Andrew Durcan is currently the Deputy Headteacher Whole School and Head Of English Department at Repton Dubai since August 2019. Prior to that, Andrew held roles such as Deputy Headteacher at St. Matthew’s RC High School, Assistant Headteacher at St. Matthew's School, and Director of English & MFL at Failsworth High School. Andrew started their career as a Teacher of English & Head of Year at Cardinal Langley RC High School. Andrew holds a PGCE in English Teaching 11-18 from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Sports Science from Liverpool Hope University. Andrew's educational background includes A Levels & GCSEs in PE, English Literature, and Biology from Cardinal Langley RC High School & Sixth Form.
