Mohit Dhamne

Mohit Dhamne has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mohit started their career as an Articled Trainee at K S Aiyar & Co, where they performed statutory and tax audits for various firms. Mohit then worked as a Management Trainee at Wockhardt, handling cash management and liasoning with bankers and mutual fund agencies. After that, they joined Tata Motors as a Senior Executive in Business Planning, where they prepared budgets and MIS reports using SAP. Later, Mohit worked at ISS India as an Associate Vice President Finance & Company Secretary, managing finance functions and developing relationships with stakeholders. Mohit then moved to TOPSGRUP, where they served as the Chief Financial Officer for India Operations, driving financial transformation and growth strategies. Currently, they hold the position of Company Secretary & EVP Finance at Republic World.

Mohit Dhamne completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce from M L Dahanukar College of Commerce, starting in 1998 and ending in 2001. Alongside their undergraduate studies, they pursued qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, earning the degree of Chartered Accountant from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, they also obtained a degree in Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India during the same period. Most recently, in the years 2020 to 2022, Mohit completed the Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPMAX) from the Indian School of Business, specializing in Executive MBA (EMBA).
