Srijita Sarkar

Srijita Sarkar is an experienced professional in the field of journalism and content creation, currently serving as a Bengali copy editor and content writer for Republic Bangla at Republic World since April 2021. Prior to this role, Srijita held positions as a Senior Content Writer at a political consultancy for a brief period and worked as a sub-editor at amrai khabor from January 2020 to January 2021, and at ekdin daily newspaper from September 2016 to October 2019. Earlier in the career, Srijita gained experience as a district correspondent at high news from March 2013 to August 2016. Srijita holds a Master of Arts in journalism and mass communication from Visva Bharati, Shantiniketan, and a Bachelor of Arts in communicative English from the University of Kalyani. Additionally, Srijita completed a certification course in digital marketing at Internet Marketing School in 2020.
