Juan Marcos

Juan Marcos has over three decades of experience in information technology and project management. Currently, at Office cantonal des systèmes d'information et du numérique (OCSIN) as a Project Process Leader, Juan oversees IT governance programs and projects. Previous roles include IT Manager & Project Manager at Etat de Fribourg, where responsibilities encompassed managing Service Desk operations and handling incidents and service requests. Juan has held various managerial positions, including IT Manager & Purchasing Manager at SIG Services Industriels de Genève, which involved overseeing IT services and purchasing. Early career experiences include branch management at Azlan and networking consulting at Anixter. Juan holds several degrees, including an MBA from EU Business School and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Project Management from the University of Geneva.
