Meriem Kuipers

Meriem Kuipers currently serves as the Cheffe de Service and IT Division Manager for the Office Cantonal des Systèmes d'Information et du Numérique (OCSIN) since November 2023, leading strategic IT initiatives and managing client relations to enhance citizen-centric services in the Canton of Geneva. From February 2005 to November 2022, Meriem held several positions at J.P. Morgan, including Service Delivery Program Manager - Executive Director, where leadership of global Asset and Wealth Management IT programs was prominent, and IT Risk Manager - Vice President, focusing on managing information and technology risks for the International Private Bank. Meriem also governed international technology operations as Head of International Technology Operations - Ad-interim and established service delivery operations as Service Delivery Manager - Vice President. Prior experience includes working as a Solution Support Executive and Technical Consultant at Thomson Reuters from 1998 to 2004. Meriem holds a Bachelor of Computer Sciences from the University of Geneva.
