Melissa Iglehart is the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Finance at Republic Bank since 2004. Prior to that, Melissa worked at Masterfood, Inc. a division of Mars from 1999 to 2004, where Melissa held various finance management positions. Melissa also has experience as an Assistant Controller at Homecare & Hospital Management, Inc. and as a Senior Accountant at EY. Melissa holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from Vanderbilt University and also studied as an exchange student at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). Melissa received their BS in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
