Susan Scalf has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Susan started their career at Bank of America Merchant Services in 1986, where they held roles such as Arbitration and Compliance and Exceptions Processing Trainer/Team Lead. In 2013, they joined Republic Bank and worked as the Deposit Operations Team Lead until 2019. Susan then transitioned to the role of Dealer Floor Plan Specialist before taking on the position of Consumer Loan Operations in 2020. Susan later became a Commercial Loan Systems Analyst and eventually progressed to the role of Loan Systems Analyst Team Lead at Republic Bank.
Susan Scalf attended Indiana University from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management. In addition to their degree, they also hold various certifications, including NextGen Certified Administrator from Baker Hill, Certified Speechcrafter from Toastmasters International, and AAP - Accredited ACH Professional from NACHA - The Electronic Payments Association.
