Christine Sharon Castillo

Ma. Christine Sharon Castillo has extensive experience in leadership and development roles, currently serving as the L&D Manager for Core and Leadership at Republic Biscuit Corporation since March 2020. Previously, Ma. Christine held the position of Manager for Leadership and People Development in Corporate HR at JG Summit Holdings Inc. from January 2019 to January 2020. Additional experience includes serving as Training Manager at UnionBank of the Philippines from July 2017 to January 2019, and various roles at Sykes Asia Inc., including Chat Solutions Project Manager and Training Manager for both Financial Account and Leadership. Ma. Christine began a career in training and development with Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated as a Senior English Specialist and has a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from the University of the Philippines, completed in 1999.
