Grace Thomas MBA has extensive work experience in various roles within different companies. Grace began their career at General Electric Capital Corporation in 2008 as a Senior Contracts Analyst before transitioning to a Senior Business Operations Analyst role in 2010. In 2012, they joined Bank of America as an Assistant Vice President, Sr. Business Analyst, where they excelled in business strategy and analysis, developing reporting for the Legacy Asset Servicing organization.

In 2014, Grace joined Nationstar Mortgage as a Finance Manager, where they managed the Portfolio Metrics platform and created reporting and analytics for the Co-Investor group. Grace was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Portfolio Metrics & Rating Agency Reporting, where they partnered with executives to build a centralized team responsible for delivering analytics and reporting on a portfolio of loans with an aggregate unpaid principal balance of $381 billion.

In 2015, Grace moved to Capital One as a Manager, Process Improvement, Command Center. Grace subsequently served in various positions, including Pod Lead, Home Loans Servicing, and Process/Project Leader, Home Loans Servicing, where they oversaw cross-functional teams and successfully launched new products and campaigns.

Currently, Grace is the Director, Business and Operations Analytics & Process Management at Republic Finance, where they are responsible for leading the business and operations analytics and process management initiatives.
