Michael Simpson

Michael Simpson's work experience begins in 2002 when they served as a Squadron Intelligence Officer in the US Army until 2006. Michael then worked as the Director of Competitive Intelligence at Trinity Industries from 2007 to 2010. Following that, they held several roles at Capital One, including Senior Business Analyst, Business Analyst Manager, and Senior Manager of Credit Risk and Default Management Strategy from 2010 to 2015. From 2015 to 2018, Simpson worked as the VP of Credit and Analytics at MeasureOne, where they managed credit policy development, portfolio analytics, and strategy. Currently, they are the Chief Credit Officer at Republic Finance, a position they have held since 2021.

Michael Simpson earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Louisiana State University (LSU) between 1998 and 2002. In addition, they obtained an MBA in Corporate Finance from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business from 2009 to 2011.
