Michael Stanton

Michael Stanton has several years of experience in the legal field. Michael currently holds the position of General Counsel and Executive Vice President at Republic Finance since 2020. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2020, they served as the Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Company Secretary at Ocwen Financial Corporation. Before that, they worked at O'Melveny & Myers LLP as a Counsel from 2005 to 2013. Michael also had experience as a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills from 2003 to 2004 and as an Associate at Coudert Brothers from 1997 to 2003.

Michael Stanton attended the University of New South Wales from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law and Business.
