Mona Donahoe

Mona Donahoe has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and companies. Mona is currently the SVP Director of Centralized Operations at Republic Finance since 2019. Prior to that, they were self-employed as an Owner Operator from 2017 to 2019.

Before their self-employment, Mona held various roles at HSBC from 1998 to 2017. Mona started as the SVP Consumer Finance Head of Collections, Recovery and Credit Underwriting, where they successfully improved profits and reduced reputational risk. Mona then moved on to become the Bangalore City Manager and Head of Operations for HSBC's Global Service Centers in Bangalore, India. In this role, they managed processes for various international locations and oversaw the growth of the team from 400 to 4,300 employees.

Mona's next role at HSBC was as the SVP Head of Contact Centers, where they were responsible for managing over 10,000 employees in multiple locations and countries. Mona led a Global Transformation Program to enhance customer experience, reduce costs, and increase sales. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President Global Head of Service Quality and Omni Channel Operations, where they created and led a global department to transform and improve back-office operations.

Before joining HSBC, Mona worked at Bank One from 1989 to 1998. Mona began their career as an AVP Collections and Recovery and quickly rose through the ranks, leading both top and bottom performing teams.
